How to "On Board" a operator in Aadhaar Client 3.0.0_Installation and Configuration of Aadhaar Enrolment Client

UIDAI provides the Aadhaar Enrolment Client (AEC) to Registrars/Enrolment Agencies to be used for enrolments. AEC is also referred as ECMP, i.e. Enrolment Client Multi Platform, from version 1.5 onwards. The Aadhaar Enrolment Client has certain prerequisites which have to be met before installation, including,  • Creation of Windows User Accounts  • Addition of user credentials in the UIDAI Admin Portal  • Registration of the Client with UIDAI after installation  • On-boarding of Operator(s), Supervisor(s) and Introducer(s) in order to perform enrolments.  Prerequisites   • Registrar has been provided with a 3-digit Registrar code by UIDAI; the Enrolment Agency must be aware of its Registrar’s code.  • The Enrolment Agency must be aware of its 4-digit Enrolment Agency code provided by UIDAI.  • The Enrolment Agency must create their users (Operators, Supervisors) in the UIDAI Admin Portal.  • The Registrar must create Introducers in the UIDAI Admin Portal.  • The Aadhaar

(UIDAI)_Aadhaar Operator Testing & Certification

UIDAI has prescribed mandatory certification for enrolment personnel to ensure adherence to quality aspects. UIDAI has appointed Sify and NSE.IT as testing and certification agencies (TCA) to conduct on-line testing to assess the individual's ability to carry out enrolments according to its prescribed standards. Currently testing and certification is available for following roles- Enrolment Operator Enrolment Supervisor Enrolment Agency tech support Master Trainer Testing agencies conduct the test and certification process for the enrolment operators and supervisors. The aspirant can visit the UIDAI website for the information on testing and certification process. The links to Sify and NSE.IT”s portal are available on the website. Aadhaar Enrollment process_(how to enroll a resident using aadhaar client 3.0.0)

Aadhaar enrolment is free. You can go to any authorized Aadhaar enrollment center anywhere in India with your identity and address proof. UIDAI process accepts 18 PoI (Proof of Identity) and 33 PoA (Proof of Address) documents. Please  click here  for a nationally valid list of documents. Common proofs of identity and address are election photo ID card, Ration card, passport and driving license. Photo ID cards like PAN card and Govt ID cards are permissible for identity proof. Address proof documents also include water – electricity – telephone bills from the last three months. In case you do not have above common proofs, Certificate of Identify having photo issued by Gazetted Officer/Tehsildar on letterhead is also accepted as PoI.
