1. This installation comes with 2 folders and 8 files.


Folder:  Setup

a. setup.exe
b. Aadhaar SFTP Client.msi


Folder: Docs

c. Aadhaar_SFTP_Client.doc-v3.pdf
d. License.txt
e. Readme.txt



2. To start installation run  setup.exe

3. Follow the instructions on screen.


In case you face issues after installation.

like,

a.  you get oledb errors

run the  AccessDatabaseEngine.exe
which is there in the dependency folder
if you do not have MS office with access installed
the accessdatabase engine should be installed.

incase you run a 64 bit Operating System you should AccessDatabaseEngine_x64.exe for the oledb error
and ensure that MS Office 32 bit is not installed.


b.  you get other framework issues it is suggested that you
upgrade the dot net framework.

to upgrade dot net framework to 4.0
run  dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64.exe


c. It is also recommended that the System is upto date with Microsoft service packs.

AADHAAR SFTP CLIENT VERSION 3.0_SFTP Installation Document

The new version of the Aadhaar SFTP client is released and can be downloaded from the link below – http://upload.uidai.gov.in. 1) Download the zip file. 2) Unzip the file. 3) Run setup .exe file to start installation. 4) Follow on screen instructions below to install the Aadhaar SFTP client. 5)After you double click the setup.exe file the installer will start. Click Next Once the client is installed, double click on the SFTP icon Registration window pops up please fill up the registration from and press register. Enrolment Agency Code: Unique Four digit EA Code assigned by UIDAI. Registrar Code: Unique Three digit Registrar Code assigned by UIDAI. Aadhaar SFTP Client Code: Any Five digit station id ( Client Code can be the Aadhaar Enrolment Station Code also). Click on Register, for Aadhaar SFTP Client registration. Restart the Aadhaar SFTP Client. Check your Mobile and Email id for OTP password.

(UIDAI)_Aadhaar Operator Testing & Certification

UIDAI has prescribed mandatory certification for enrolment personnel to ensure adherence to quality aspects. UIDAI has appointed Sify and NSE.IT as testing and certification agencies (TCA) to conduct on-line testing to assess the individual's ability to carry out enrolments according to its prescribed standards. Currently testing and certification is available for following roles- Enrolment Operator Enrolment Supervisor Enrolment Agency tech support Master Trainer Testing agencies conduct the test and certification process for the enrolment operators and supervisors. The aspirant can visit the UIDAI website for the information on testing and certification process. The links to Sify and NSE.IT”s portal are available on the website. On the portal, the aspirant can register, pay the fee, select the level of test and get the certificate after successful completion of the test.
